Welcome to Day 3 of the Peace Haven 30-Day Peace Challenge! Today we return to the simplest, most faithful companion of peace — the breath.

🌿 Today’s Practice: Root in Breath
Pause for a moment and take 10 slow breaths.

Inhale softly, saying in your mind: “Peace in.”
Exhale gently, saying: “Peace out.”

Let each breath wash over you like a calming wave.

🌸 Reflection
Your breath is always with you, an anchor in every storm. By returning to it, you root yourself in the present moment — where peace always lives.
