MY APPROACH · THE SACRED SPIRAL METHOD™

Come back to yourself.
Then move in your own rhythm.

The Sacred Spiral Method™—Root • Rise • Radiate™—is the rhythm that runs through my teaching, ministry and wellbeing work.

It offers space to pause, listen, care for the whole person, and take the next meaningful step in everyday life, work and leadership.

A WAY OF LIVING, NOT A STRAIGHT LINE

Wellbeing lives in the everyday.

It may begin with a breath before a difficult conversation, a nourishing meal, a page in your journal, a moment of prayer, or the decision to rest. These small acts become a way of relating to yourself and to the people you serve.

The spiral reminds us that growth moves through seasons. We can revisit familiar ground with deeper understanding, without measuring ourselves against a constant climb.

Root. Rise. Radiate.

Each part of the method gives us a practical place to begin. We move between them as life asks; there is no need to rush from one to the next.

Root

Pause, become present and notice what your body, mind and spirit need. Make room for rest, reflection and steadiness.

Rise

Explore your needs, your capacity and your possibilities. Practice boundaries, nourishment and choices that support your next steps.

Radiate

Carry what you are learning into how you live, work, lead and serve—with clarity, care and room to remain yourself.

THE HEART OF THE WORK

Presence • Peace • Purpose • Profit

These four themes belong together. Presence helps us notice our lives. Peace gives us space to respond. Purpose shapes how we contribute. Profit allows meaningful work and livelihood to be sustained.

I bring this approach into personal wellbeing experiences, reflective writing, learning spaces, workshops and conversations with people and organizations. The practices change with the setting; care for the person remains at the centre.

Begin where you are.

Perhaps your first step is simply to pause and listen. Perhaps you are ready for a conversation about your wellbeing, your team, or the season you are navigating.
