Meet Rev. Joslyn

Rev. Joslyn Farray Pierre

WELLBEING EDUCATOR & ORDAINED MINISTER

I teach wellbeing
as a way of living.

I’m Rev. Joslyn Farray Pierre, and I call Grenada home.

I help people understand simple, practical ways to take care of themselves—mind, body and spirit—so they can live, work and lead well.

My work brings together education, spirituality, creativity and the wisdom of everyday Caribbean life.

ROOTED IN THE CARIBBEAN. SHARED WITH THE WORLD.

Care belongs in everyday life.

A cup of bush tea. A moment of stillness. Nourishing food, a meaningful conversation, or time beneath the moon. These everyday practices have a place in how I understand and teach wellbeing.

I am interested in how we care for ourselves while living real lives—with work to do, people to love, and seasons that ask us to begin again.

I know what it is to begin again. As a young mother, I grieved my six-year-old son while caring for my six-month-old daughter. I have begun again many times. The new beginnings at 33 and 55 carried particular weight. These experiences shape the compassion and practical care I bring to my teaching.

An educator at heart.

My foundation is more than twenty years in education across Grenada and Trinidad, teaching at primary, secondary and post-secondary levels. My experience includes school leadership, training caregivers, and supporting young people in residential care.

Teaching has taught me to listen, make ideas practical, and meet people where they are. I bring that same approach to a personal conversation, a workshop or an international speaking platform.

Spirit at the centre.

I am an ordained minister with the International Metaphysical Ministry and a trained Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I have also completed my Master of Metaphysical Science studies.

My ministry and wellbeing work make room for reflection, meditation, life transitions and a deeper connection with self and Spirit. Peace, presence and purpose are part of how I live and serve.

Root. Rise. Radiate.

The Sacred Spiral Method™ brings together the themes that run through my work: presence, peace, purpose and profit. It offers a way to explore personal wellbeing alongside the lives, work and service we want to sustain.

Root

Make space for presence, reflection and connection with yourself.

Rise

Explore what supports your wellbeing, purpose and next steps.

Radiate

Bring that care into how you live, work, lead and serve.

Learning, conversation and community.

I founded the Intuitive Wellbeing Institute to bring this work into personal experiences, workshops and learning spaces. My teaching and speaking extend to international audiences, including wellbeing and leadership learning with International Internship University.

My work has also included co-hosting Let’s Talk Health in Grenada, contributing to international magazines and collaborative books, and taking part in conversations about wellbeing, peace and personal growth.

I was a 2025 Caribbean Global Awards finalist and placed second in the Excellence in Health and Wellbeing Management category.

Here at home, I serve with the Innovative & Multimedia Association of Grenada (IMAGND), supporting the creative community. Across these different spaces, my interest remains the human being behind the role.
