Under this beautiful full moon energy, I asked myself a question that went straight to the center of my being:
If I were to die tonight, what would I regret?
And the answer came clearly.
I would regret not wholeheartedly sharing my life with the one who needs it.
Not the polished pieces.
Not the acceptable pieces.
Not the fragments that make other people comfortable.
All of me.
The truth is, for much of my life I tried to compartmentalize myself. I tried to present a surface life when, if you know me well, you know I am deep. Very deep.
I am the woman of long spiritual fasts.
The woman who talks to God.
The woman who listens to nature.
The woman who feels the moon as medicine.
The woman who journals deep truth.
The woman who prays, weeps, laughs, dances, teaches, writes, and returns again and again to Spirit.
I am the woman who remembers her great-grandmother’s voice.
Her singing.
Her dancing.
Her storytelling.
Her moon wisdom.
I am the woman who knows that tea is not just tea.
Every cup carries a ritual.
Every herb carries memory.
Every simple act can become a doorway back to self.
For years, I lived this life quietly.
Prayer.
Fasting.
Healthy eating.
Journaling.
Meditation.
Moonlight.
Sacred baths.
Books.
Oils.
Candles.
Silence.
Nature.
Retreat.
This was never separate from me.
This was me.
And yet, there were seasons when I drifted from my own center. I allowed relationships, roles, and expectations that did not truly know me, honor me, or align with the woman I was created to be.
When I did that, my soul ached.
And often, my life reflected it.
My energy drained.
My money suffered.
My peace became disturbed.
My spirit grew tired.
Each time, I found myself returning to God with the same prayer:
Never again let me abandon myself.
Never again let me live outside of my truth.
Never again let me hide the woman You created me to be.
The Grief That Shaped Me
There are griefs that change the structure of a woman’s life.
I know this personally.
As a young wife and mother in my early thirties, I experienced a loss that no mother should ever have to carry. My beloved son, Kwame, was only six years old when he passed. At the time, my precious daughter was barely five months old.
There are no easy words for that kind of grief.
There is only breath.
Prayer.
Survival.
Silence.
And the long, sacred work of continuing to live.
Those losses carved something deep in me. They broke illusions. They stripped away shallow living. They taught me that life is fragile, sacred, mysterious, and not to be wasted pretending.
I did not become spiritual because life was easy.
I became more deeply spiritual because life required me to find a way to remain alive, present, and connected to God.
Prayer held me.
Fasting held me.
Spirit held me.
And later, meditation became one of my lifelines.
My spiritual name, Adi Dhyān Kaur, carries meaning that continues to speak to my path. It represents a woman connected to primal wisdom, deep meditation, spiritual grace, and sacred identity. It reminds me that my life has always been calling me inward — back to the Divine, back to truth, back to the woman beneath the roles.
The Path I Walked
My life has not been one straight, easy line.
It has included betrayal.
Business failures.
Business successes.
Deep spiritual education.
Life experience.
Miracles.
Unexpected helpers.
Books written.
Workshops facilitated.
Speaking engagements.
Teaching.
Ministerial work.
Wellbeing work.
Creative leadership.
Moments of visibility.
Moments of loneliness.
Moments of wondering whether the world understood what I carried.
But through it all, there was a thread.
A sacred spiral.
I would root.
I would rise.
I would radiate.
Then life would ask me to root again.
That is how the Sacred Spiral Method — Root • Rise • Radiate came alive in me.
It was not invented in a marketing meeting.
It was lived.
It came through grief.
Through prayer.
Through fasting.
Through healing.
Through womanhood.
Through leadership.
Through motherhood.
Through loss.
Through love.
Through money lessons.
Through spiritual awakening.
Through returning to myself again and again.
Why Intuitive Wellbeing Institute
The Intuitive Wellbeing Institute exists because I know that wellbeing is not only physical.
It is spiritual.
Emotional.
Creative.
Financial.
Relational.
Ancestral.
Sensual.
Practical.
Sacred.
It is the way we breathe.
The way we eat.
The way we pray.
The way we love.
The way we rest.
The way we earn.
The way we tell the truth.
The way we return to ourselves after life has scattered us.
For years, I tried to make my work easier to understand by making it smaller.
I separated the spiritual from the practical.
The feminine from the professional.
The sacred from the profitable.
The intuitive from the structured.
The soft from the powerful.
But I can no longer do that.
Because the truth is, my life is the work.
My whole life has been a retreat.
Not because it has been perfect or peaceful every day, but because I have learned to turn life itself into sacred practice.
The tea.
The moon.
The fast.
The bath.
The prayer.
The journal.
The silence.
The grief.
The laughter.
The candle.
The oil.
The book.
The body.
The breath.
The return.
This is why Back to You exists.
Why Back to You

Back to You is not about becoming someone new.
It is about remembering who you have always been.
It is for the woman who has lived in fragments for too long.
The woman who has been strong for everyone else.
The woman who has carried roles that did not fit.
The woman who has accepted less than her spirit knew she deserved.
The woman who has hidden her softness, her wisdom, her sensuality, her spiritual gifts, her story, or her truth.
Back to You is for the woman who is ready to return.
To her essence.
To her body.
To her voice.
To her peace.
To her power.
To her prosperity.
To God.
To herself.
For me, this return is held by four pillars:
Presence — how I show up.
Purpose — why I do what I do.
Peace — how I remain anchored.
Profit — how my work sustains my life.
And through it all:
Root • Rise • Radiate.
Prosperity, Truth, and Release
I have had to learn what true wealth means.
Wealth is not only money, though money matters.
True wealth is peace in the body.
Truth in the mouth.
Freedom in the spirit.
Beauty in the home.
Right relationship with work.
Right relationship with God.
Right relationship with self.
The ability to receive without shrinking.
The ability to prosper without apology.
For years, I suffered when I walked paths that were beneath my spirit or disconnected from my truth.
I took on roles that did not suit me.
I accepted crumbs where I was called to wholeness.
I played small so others could understand me.
I hid my rituals for fear of being judged.
I softened my spiritual language.
I tucked away my metaphysical wisdom.
I tried to appear ordinary when my soul knew I was not.
And now, under this full moon, I release it.
I release the old agreement to hide.
I release the fear of being called too deep, too spiritual, too much, too different.
I release the need to be understood by everyone.
I release the roles that do not fit.
I release the relationships that do not know how to honor me.
I release the financial patterns tied to self-abandonment.
I release the version of me who thought she had to fragment herself to belong.
I return to me.
Fully.
Softly.
Powerfully.
This Is My Life
I have always been the woman who does things with myself, for myself, by myself, and with God.
That does not mean I do not love people.
I do.
But my deepest work has often happened in solitude.
In prayer.
In nature.
In silence.
In my journal.
In the moonlight.
And one of the places I feel most alive with others is when I am sharing from a stage, teaching, speaking, storytelling, and allowing Spirit to move through my voice.
That is part of my gift.
That is part of my ministry.
That is part of my work.
And now I understand:
I do not need to keep separating my life from my offering.
I do not need to hide the sacred to be taken seriously.
I do not need to become less spiritual to be professional.
I do not need to become less feminine to be powerful.
I do not need to become less intuitive to be wise.
I do not need to become less myself to prosper.
This is my life.
This is my work.
This is Back to You.
And if even one woman reads this and remembers herself, then I have shared what I came here to share.
Under this moon, I choose to live whole.
No more fragments.
No more hiding.
No more surface life.
I am returning.
I am remembering.
I am rising.
Back to You.
Always You.
If this reflection speaks to you, I invite you to explore the Sacred Spiral Method — Root • Rise • Radiate and the Back to You experience through the Intuitive Wellbeing Institute.
