It’s that time of the lunar cycle again where the full-moon brings with it an energy helping us with our self-care. I call it Sacred Self-Care helping us to release what’s no longer serving our highest good; make adjustments and celebrate our successes.
Today I reflect and I am absolutely thrilled to be recognized by my fellow Integrative Nutrition Health Coach colleagues in our mastermind. I feel blessed and honored to be in a community of brilliant, supportive and phenomenal people. The more I think on it, the more I am grateful for the journey that held me here. As I reflect and make adjustments with this full-moon energies to move forward I can’t help but have my chest bust forth in radiant glee and gratitude as I remembered our first module studying for our Health Coaching Certification , where we were asked to post a picture of the inside of our refrigerator😊.
Boii …this was something 🙃🤪 here’s the story :

There was once this refrigerator was empty, today it’s filled with healthy life sustaining clean foods.
I would never stop showing gratitude to God and man for the seemingly small things.
I remember while pursuing my Health Coaching studies the lecturer asked each one of us student to take a pic of the content in our refrigerator and post it to the school’s facebook group. I had absolutely nothing that day but water, and no finances to purchase a meal. No joke. 🙃😢
Did that stop me from posting my pic? Did that make me feel less of a person? Did I stop my health coaching program in shame and pity myself. Hell to the heavens NO
Instead Spirit guided me on posting it with an appropriate caption, which certainly captured the eyes of many and helped to inspire and empower my fellow classmates.
I refuse to let a temporary situation pull me down or stop me from BEING and showing up for purpose. I refused to allow the enemy and the inner me to strip me of my power.
I arise and showed up despite and so should you. What is it that is holding you back from being your authentic self? What’s keeping you back from doing the things you are hiding deep down in your heart?
