I didnât come to the Moon through books, trends, or rituals.
I came because the Moon called me.
Long before I ever named it âMoon Medicine,â I was already living it.
Thereâs a memory etched into my soulâme, holding my toddler son, singing to the night sky:
âI see the Moon and the Moon sees me.
God bless the Moon and God bless me.â
Back then, I didnât know what I was doing was sacred.
I just knew it brought peace.
My son has since transitioned, but that song still carries our bondâand the Moon still carries me.
Growing up, my great-grandmother could look at the sky and tell you the time just by the Moonâs position.
She knew when to pick herbs, when to rest, and when to workâall guided by the Moonâs rhythm.
I didnât know then that she was teaching me something ancient. Something wise.
Something my body and spirit would return to years later.
There have been many full moons in my life.
I never planned for them to mean anythingâbut somehow, they always showed up for me.
Each time I moved house, ended something, released something, or was unsure where life was leadingâŚ
the Full Moon was thereâlike a luminous friend in the sky, quietly witnessing my transformation.
Thatâs why I say this work isnât just for the âspiritualâ or the âwoo.â
Itâs for the woman whoâs tired.
The woman whoâs quietly shifting.
The woman who doesnât have the wordsâbut feels the pull.
Moon Medicine is a remembering.
Itâs what helped me come back to myself after grief.
Itâs what helped me release during transition.
Itâs what guided me from teacher to intuitive leader.
And itâs what I now offer youâwith full heart.
