I have felt a stirring in my spirit to invite us into something both simple and profound: a daily practice of peace. In a world that can feel heavy, divided, or rushed, we each hold the power to be a vessel of calm, light, and healing.

That is why I am so grateful to share with you the Peace Haven 30-Day Peace Challenge. ✨

🌿 What Is the Peace Challenge?

For 30 days, beginning Monday, I will share daily reflections, practices, and invitations that guide us deeper into peace — peace within ourselves, peace in our homes, and peace rippling out into the wider world.

Each day will carry a simple action, affirmation, or practice you can do in just a few minutes. These small moments, when practiced consistently, weave a new pattern of calm, clarity, and connection.

🌸 Why I Created This Challenge

For many years, I have walked the path of healing and service and devoted my time in service as an ordained minister, educator, and wellbeing guide. Along this journey, I developed the Sacred Spiral Method™, which unfolds in three steps:

🌱 Root – Grounding in peace and presence.
🌿 Rise – Growing into clarity and new practices.
🌸 Radiate – Shining light and peace outward into the world.

This method is the heartbeat of the challenge. Together, we will root, rise, and radiate peace through the month ahead.

It’s simple:

Follow along here on the blog or through my daily posts on social media.
Each day, take a few moments to try the suggested practice or reflect on the peace prompt.
