Day 6 reminds us of the greatest teacher of peace: nature. When we pause to notice the sky, a tree, or even a bird’s song, we are reminded that peace is simple, steady, and alive.

Step outside, even briefly. Notice one thing — the sky, a flower, a tree, a bird. Pause to give thanks for it.

🌸 Reflection
Nature shows us how to root deeply, bend gently, and stand tall. Every leaf and breeze carries wisdom: peace is simple, steady, and alive.
