Beloved friends,
As we step into Week 2 of our Peace Haven journey, our theme is Rise with Clarity. Clarity shines brightest when we remember our worth. Today, we pause to root ourselves in the truth: you are worthy simply because you exist.
I know what it feels like to wrestle with self-worth. There have been moments in my own journey where I doubted whether my presence, my work, or even my dreams had value. Yet time and again, Spirit whispers back: “You are worthy, beloved. Not because of what you do, but because of who you are.”
🌿 Today’s Practice: Claim Your Worth
Stand before a mirror, place your hand gently on your heart, and say aloud:
✨ “I am worthy of peace, love, and joy.”
Repeat it three times, slowly, letting the words sink into your being. If it feels awkward at first, that’s okay. Sometimes the heart needs a few reminders before it fully receives the truth.

When we embrace our worth, peace no longer feels like something to chase — it becomes the soil we naturally grow from. Self-worth clears the fog of doubt and grounds us in clarity.
