Success Is in the Doing, Even Through Loss
Beloved friends,
Day 28 is not about pretending life has been easy or that success came overnight. It is about the ache of loss, the quiet grind of service, and the surprising ways Spirit rewards what feels invisible.
I know loss. I lost my son when he was only six years old. I never got him back, but I received peace — a peace that surpassed all understanding. And over the years, I received richness in the stories others shared about his impact, even in his short life. That peace carried me when my own heart was breaking.
I know labor. I have walked tirelessly in health and wellbeing — showing up in churches, giving workshops, walking the streets, speaking on radio, teaching in schools, holding online challenges, and serving across Grenada and Trinidad. Many times, I felt foolish, tired, overlooked, and wondered if anyone was even listening. But Spirit was. Every effort, every weary drive to the radio station, every talk that seemed to fall on deaf ears — none of it was wasted.
And today, I can say I am recognized with the Caribbean Global Award for Excellence in Health and Wellbeing. That award is not just a plaque — it is a testimony that Spirit sees what others miss, and that no act of service is in vain.

🌸 Success is not only in what you get back.
🌸 Success is in the doing — in showing up, in pouring out, in trusting Spirit to gather the fruit in due season.
Beloved, if you are in a season where you cannot yet see the harvest, know this: the moon reminds us that fullness exists even when only a sliver is visible. Your peace, your purpose, your success is already whole.
I am living proof: loss does not end the story, weariness does not erase the work, and silence does not cancel Spirit’s witness. Keep going. Your testimony is being written even now.
