When I began this 30-Day Peaceful Abundant Me Challenge, I thought consistency would be my crown — daily writing, perfect rhythm, steady growth.
But life, in its higher wisdom, called me into something gentler — a sacred stillness.
It wasn’t seven days; it was eleven.
Eleven days of ebb and flow, surrender and remembering.
And in that space, grace met me at the Bayhouse Boutique Hotel — a pause wrapped in sunlight and silence.
Those two days were heaven on earth. The view stretched like eternity, the pool felt like liquid peace, and the quiet held me like prayer. I was blessed with the kindness of a generous companion and the reminder that ease is not escape; it is alignment.
Bayhouse arrived right on time. It gave me the courage to rest, the humility to receive, and the strength to return — not with striving, but with serenity.
🌿 Walking Back into Flow
After that beautiful time at Bayhouse — readjusting, realigning, and allowing a more harmonious flow — I felt a shift inside me.
I had just released one of my major responsibilities, and though the letting go carried its ache, it also carried lightness. It marked the beginning of a new chapter, one written in trust and guided by faith.
So when I finally gathered the courage to walk to La Phare Bleu, I was ready to meet the ocean again — this time, not as a visitor, but as a vessel.
The waves were truly healing, their rhythm mirroring my own return to wholeness.
Each swell whispered: Root … Rise … Radiate.
Standing by that water, I felt the fatigue of the past dissolve into gratitude.
The sea became my teacher, reminding me that abundance is not in accumulation but in alignment.
That moment — salt, wind, and faith — was my re-entry into flow.
🌸 A Nation in Flow
While I was rediscovering my personal rhythm, Grenada’s creative heartbeat was finding hers as well.
The Grenada Office of Creative Affairs (GOCA) officially launched five Creative Sub-Sector Associations — multimedia, music, dance, gastronomy, and visual arts.
As one of the Directors on the Board of the Innovation Multimedia Association of Grenada (IMAGND), I sat listening with quiet awe. This was more than a press conference — it was a calling.
We are witnessing the birth of a new chapter for Grenada’s creative sector — a chapter where artistry meets advocacy, where talent meets transformation.
And somehow, it all feels intertwined: the country evolving, the Institute expanding, the woman within me awakening.
We paused.
We healed.
Now we rise — together.
🌺 Reflection
This, I realize, is what Day 13 truly means:
Not racing to catch up, but walking forward refreshed.
Not apologizing for rest, but embracing it as revelation.
Because peace is not the absence of motion — it is the presence of meaning.
Today, I recommit to my rhythm, to the creative pulse of my island, and to the sacred work flowing through the Intuitive Wellbeing Institute.
“The wave that reawakened me didn’t rush; it simply returned, again and again, until I remembered that I am the abundance.”
🌊 Watch the Moment That Marked My Return to Flow
After these days of reflection and realignment, I captured a short but powerful snapshot of my journey — a visual prayer called “A New Chapter of Faith & Flow.”
It’s more than a video; it’s a breath of peace and a glimpse into how I’m learning to move again with grace and trust.
🎥 Watch now:
May it remind you that no matter how many pauses or detours we take, we can always find our rhythm again — gently, and abundantly.
Root. Rise. Radiate.™
