This weekend, Glow & Let Go took on its most natural, unfiltered form—right at home, in the warmth of sisterhood, with toasted sandwiches, pastries, and chilled glasses raised high.

Nothing extravagant.
Nothing staged.
Just real life… glowing.
As the evening breeze whispered through the doorway and the laughter began to bubble up like joy we didn’t even know we needed, something sacred unfolded. We released the heaviness of the week without even naming it. We embraced joy with the ease of women who have survived enough to know peace is a gift.
And somewhere between the clinking of glasses and the playful mischief of a little niece-hand insisting on her own toast, I felt the truth:
softness is generational.
It is taught.
It is shared.
It is remembered in moments like these.
Glow & Let Go isn’t only about moon cycles or journaling rituals—those are beautiful tools. But at its heart, it’s a lifestyle. A choice. A rhythm.
It is a way of saying:
“I deserve joy without performance.”
“I can let myself be held.”
“My glow doesn’t need permission.”
This weekend reminded me that the simplest gatherings carry the richest medicine. The porch light, the familiar voices, the comfort of family—these are the spaces that refill our spirit quietly, faithfully, tenderly.
So here’s my prayer for your week, and mine:
May all your days begin—and end—with this kind of peace.
May you find softness in small places.
May you choose joy even before the reason arrives.
May your glow be effortless.
And may your letting go be gentle.
Glow & Let Go, Caribbean-style.
Soft life activated. 🌿✨🥂
Before you go, I want to share something special with you.
After our little family gathering — the laughter, the toasted sandwiches, the sparkle of the evening — I felt led to record a soft, heartfelt video capturing the essence of what Glow & Let Go truly means. It’s a simple moment, but the peace in it is real… and I believe it will bless you too.
I’ve shared the full video on YouTube so you can experience the joy, the softness, and the gentle release energy that was present that evening.

As you watch, I pray it reminds you to find beauty in your own small moments — the gatherings, the quiet exhale, the simplicity of being held by life and by God’s grace.
Feel free to leave a comment, a 🌕 emoji, or share your own Glow & Let Go moment.
Your presence and your peace matter here.
With love and light,

As I shared in the video, this moment with my sisters wasn’t just a casual weekend gathering — it was a reminder that softness is a spiritual practice, and glow doesn’t need a spotlight… it just needs presence.
