There are moments when I feel I’ve drifted too far—
away from my center, away from clarity, away from peace.
But the moon… she whispers otherwise.
She returns, again and again,
and with her, I too return to myself.
No matter how messy the middle,
no matter how many promises I’ve broken to my own soul,
she arrives in fullness. Then empties. Then begins again.
This morning, I sat with her quiet rhythm
and remembered:
I am not behind.
I am in rhythm.
Each month, I feel her tugging at the parts of me that still believe I must be fixed, faster, or more.
But she tells a different story:
You are cyclical. Sacred. Timeless.
I share this not just as a reflection,
but as an invitation:
🌕 On July 24th, under the gentle power of the New Moon,
I will gather in sacred space with women who long to return to their own rhythm.
We will pause. Breathe. Reconnect.
We will set sacred intentions—not goals driven by pressure, but desires drawn from peace.
We will remember that rebirth is not a dramatic act.
Sometimes, it’s just…
a soft yes to begin again.
